This is a process of orientation.

We create space to notice, to understand, and to relate differently to what is unfolding —  patterns, emotional responses, and the ways the body holds experience.

Where helpful, we integrate body awareness and meditative practices to support regulation and grounding in moments of intensity.

In our work together, we slow things down enough to see what is actually happening beneath the surface.

The focus is not performance, but reconnecting with the body in a way that supports you.

Sessions are 60 minutes and take place ONLINE  or in person in Villach, Austria.

Coaching can be booked as individual sessions or as ongoing support depending on your needs and situation. Current pricing is listed on the booking page.

Hi, I'm Tina.

I am a coach and psychosocial counselor supporting people through life transitions, identity shifts, and intercultural experiences — moments where life no longer feels familiar, and something within is asking to be met differently.

I grew up between cultures and belong to what is often called a “third culture” background. I chose to live abroad early in life and developed a deep curiosity for language, culture, and what shapes human experience across different contexts. This led me toward a simple, lasting interest: understanding people, and how we navigate being human.

For many years, I worked primarily through the mind. Through dance and yoga, I gradually shifted into a more embodied way of working — learning to include the body as a source of knowledge and awareness.

In my early forties, I began working more closely with women in midlife. This phase often brings a quiet or sometimes intense unravelling, and a need to relate to life in a more honest and grounded way.

My work sits at the intersection of coaching, counseling, and embodied practice. Yogic and Buddhist philosophy continue to inform how I stay grounded and oriented through change.
