Hi there, I'm Tina,  Yoga Teacher, Mentor & Spiritual Guide.

I’ve been on this journey myself, navigating the challenges, breakthroughs, and profound moments of self-discovery. Now, I’m ready to walk alongside you, supporting you as you explore your own path. 




I found my way to yoga through my love for dance. Before I ever stepped onto a mat, I was drawn to the way the body expresses itself when words fail. And yoga showed me something deeper: the proximity of effort and surrender, the motion of stillness, the fact that a real practice isn’t about perfecting poses—it’s about how we meet ourselves in every moment.

Yoga became my anchor, helping me navigate life with more balance, more presence, and a little less attachment to the never-ending ‘figuring it all out’ called life. And then came motherhood—the most intense, beautiful, and humbling practice of all. It stretched me beyond what I thought possible and taught me what it really means to be in the present moment. And oh, yes, everything is a phase and everything passes.

I grew up in Austria but spent over a decade living and working across three continents. I’ve always been drawn to languages, cultures, and the different ways people make sense of the world. That curiosity led me to study Chinese and build a career in international public health. But it was here in Europe, years later, that I truly fell into yoga—not just as something I practiced, but as something that shaped how I live.

For me, yoga isn’t just about flexibility or strength. It builds consciousness. It’s a way of seeing, breathing, and showing up for yourself. It’s breath and movement, yes, but it’s also awareness, stillness, and the ability to meet life as it is. Over the years, my practice has been deeply influenced by Buddhist meditation and somatic work, and I bring that same depth into the way I teach.
