So much of what we call “stuck,” “overwhelmed,” or “too much” isn’t a mindset problem. It’s your nervous system on high alert, doing its job to protect you.

Whether you come alone or as a couple, this work helps you meet what’s happening inside — with honesty, safety, and compassion.
If you’re exhausted from holding everything together, constantly adapting, or feeling like you must perform a certain way, I help you notice the patterns, stress responses, boundaries, and emotional rhythms that run your life. We’ll work in small, doable steps so you can come back into your body safely.

For couples, this looks like understanding the loops, triggers, and the places where you miss each other. I help you build communication, emotional safety, and co-regulation so you can meet each other with more clarity and less reactivity.

My approach is holistic, grounded, and focused on finding the treasures within. We look at your life as a whole — mind, body, emotions, relationships, history, identity, and the systems you live in, as far as they relate to the topic you come with.

We’ll zoom in on the patterns that shape your everyday experience, and zoom out to understand the bigger context of who you are. I ask a lot of questions, and you remain the expert on your life.
Alongside systemic coaching, I use breath work, meditative and body-based practices, creative tools, analytical clarity, and gentle perspective shifts to help you connect with yourself in a safe, honest way.
