I'm Tina!

hi there

Do you have your team set up?
Who’s rooting for you — I mean, really rooting for you?
And I don’t just mean your besties or that one friend who sends you voice messages all the time. I mean the full range: mental, physical, and emotional support.

The Quiet Power of Having a Team

I used to joke that my dad’s best friends were his architect and his lawyer. But honestly, there was truth in that.
As an entrepreneur, it so happened that the people he valued both personally and professionally were the ones who had his back when the ride got shaky. I’d argue he (now retired) intuitively knew the value of surrounding himself with people who helped him think, build, and navigate life — both in the personal and professional arenas.

Now, those don’t always have to become your best friends — in most cases, they won’t. But what’s important is the support itself. Nothing meaningful was ever built by one person.
We’re herd beings. Even the most independent among us thrive when we feel supported, loved, cheered on, and understood.

We All Have Our Go-To People — But Who’s Your Specialist for Inner Growth?

We all do this to some extent.
We have our favorite supermarket, our trusted doctor, our go-to massage therapist. Maybe a yoga teacher who knows exactly when to push and when to let you rest.

But when it comes to inner growth — the space where clarity, courage, and big life decisions live — most of us try to go it alone.

Out of instinct. Out of shame. Out of the power to do it all by ourselves. Perhaps even out of stinginess.

Perhaps we’ve learned that needing help means we’re not strong enough. Not brave enough. Not — well — enough. Maybe we’ve learned to rely on ourselves, out of necessity.
But what if being interdependent is actually a sign of self-respect and self-care?

When the Old Shoe Doesn’t Fit

Sometimes you’re at a crossroads. That old shoe doesn’t fit anymore, and a new pair hasn’t yet been found.
Or maybe you’re feeling an inner dissatisfaction you can’t quite name. Sometimes it’s just a feeling; sometimes you know it’s time — but there’s resistance.

That’s the perfect moment to have someone in your corner.
Someone with the right tools to support you on your journey.
Someone who listens, holds space, and helps you untangle your thoughts.
Who helps you find clarity in that emotional mumbo jumbo — with empathy and humor.

What a Coach Really Does

A coach isn’t someone who tells you what to do or how to “fix” it — or worse, fix you.
You’re in the driver’s seat. You decide what’s best for you. You hold the reins.

A coach is there to be with you, to guide you, to nudge you when needed, and to help you stay accountable to what you truly want.

Your Team, Expanded

Just the way you have your physio, your osteopath, your hairdresser — it’s worth having a coach you trust as part of your team.

A coach will have your back and help you bridge those tricky times when that new version of yourself isn’t quite ready to surface.

How Coaching Works

At its core, coaching offers something rare: dedicated time and space that’s entirely about you.
In a world where attention is constantly pulled in every direction — work, family, obligations, the endless to-do list — coaching gives you a pause. A breathing space. A chance to hear yourself again.

A coach is fully present with you. No multitasking, no hidden agenda, no waiting for their turn to speak. Just presence.
That alone is a huge shift from a conversation with a friend or loved one — as caring as they might be. Coaching is a space held for you, not about them.

It’s also a professional relationship — one you intentionally choose and invest in. Because you pay for it, you don’t have to feel guilty about taking up space. You don’t need to hold back, make it mutual, or water down your truth. You get to bring your full self — messy, uncertain, curious, growing.

Come as you are.

All of you is welcome here.

Practically speaking, sessions usually happen once every one or two weeks, giving time to process and apply what’s explored. Some people come with a specific question or transition; others come with a feeling that something wants to shift but isn’t clear yet.
Either way, coaching offers a steady structure and a human mirror — helping you see what’s already within you, more clearly.

My Approach as Coach

I work with people who are seekers by nature — thoughtful, curious, often standing at a crossroads or in transition.

In addition to systemic coaching, my work draws from yoga, Buddhist practice, and somatic methods to help integrate body, mind, and intuition.

Areas of focus include:

  • Holding space for inner growth, vision, and personal transformation
  • Navigating life’s complexities — and complex lives
  • Identity and intercultural living
  • Embodiment
  • Deepening intuition, emotional understanding, and self-trust

Your Coach Has Your Back

Because life isn’t meant to be figured out alone.
It’s meant to be lived — supported, seen, and shared.
With you behind the steering wheel and your team on your side.

And sometimes, the right person shows up at just the right moment to walk a few steps of the way with you.
